Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to support business development specialists in the North American Corporate end-market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Client Engagement Territory Leads with Salesforce data accuracy and paperwork production
  • Generate and manage sales paperwork, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
  • Monitor and manage renewals processing and collaborate on proposal creation for RFPs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
