Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist who will assist Client Directors in enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash, ensuring customer satisfaction through coordination with internal support teams
  • Review and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, scheduling regular meetings to update opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and client profiles, providing timely solutions and value-added services to assigned accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support experience preferred, particularly in the Technology industry
  • Ability to analyze client needs and connect them with company offerings
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is required
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
