Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to provide service to clients and brokers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for client servicing and operations, including implementation, renewals, and problem resolution
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the account team to provide recommendations for group structure and billing
• Research and resolve inquiries from clients and brokers, ensuring accurate billing and member benefit availability

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of Customer Service or Account Service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work well in a changing environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
