Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to provide service to clients and brokers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for client implementation, renewals, maintenance, analysis, and problem resolution
• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for group structure and membership
• Research and resolve inquiries from clients, brokers, and business partners while ensuring accurate billing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of customer service or account service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work well in ambiguous and changing environments
