Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process client or agent change requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Update and maintain records across multiple systems, including CRM and internal platforms
- Analyze documentation to identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and ensure data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
