Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to support client services and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project kickoffs and manage project management tools for new client engagements
  • Maintain accurate rate cards and track contract lifecycle, including renewals and approvals
  • Implement client satisfaction surveys and monitor client sentiment to ensure high service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in client operations, account management, or project coordination
  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Asana
  • Experience working with contracts and legal documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking tools
