Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Client Operations Specialist to work remotely, who will serve as a primary point of contact for Gallagher Bassett's Litigation Management Program, providing consultative support and resolving complex operational issues for clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Litigation Management Program, addressing escalated and high-visibility situations
• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, anticipating client needs and driving positive outcomes
• Support high-profile client projects from implementation through resolution, while mentoring team members and assisting with operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years at a senior data analyst level
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in relevant systems and computer applications
• Experience in the insurance or claims industry preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong critical thinking abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex situations
