Job Summary

Acting as a bridge between individuals seeking help and the care provided, the remote Client Outreach Specialist will engage prospective clients, guide them through the enrollment process, and address any barriers to treatment in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Educate prospective clients on the enrollment process and manage outbound communications to encourage scheduling their first session
• Verify insurance eligibility and document client activity accurately within the CRM and patient portal
• Identify client needs and provide accessible information to help navigate the mental health landscape

Required qualifications

• Background in healthcare customer service or complex, fast-paced support environments
• Experience using CRM tools or patient portals to manage workflows and communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information
• Dependability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to handle high-volume, dynamic workflows while maintaining empathy and attention to detail
