Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner to manage client accounts and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts
• Build strong relationships by staying attuned to client goals, challenges, and feedback
• Monitor satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Technology/Delivery Program Manager, or Sr. Product Manager in a professional services organization
• Experience owning and driving outcomes on digital projects and delivery teams
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• High emotional intelligence to build trust and navigate complex dynamics
