Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Client Partner to manage and enhance client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve multiple customer relationships with annual revenues between $10-$20 million
• Lead and mentor teams of Client Service professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contracts, pricing, and revenue forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in customer services or management in relevant industries
• Experience in Marketing Technology and Customer Experience Management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts
• Proven ability to lead internal and client teams effectively
