Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner to manage client relationships and oversee web and mobile app projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client project meetings and coordinate workflow for web and app projects
• Operationalize project plans and facilitate planning and status meetings
• Manage the client QA process and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in client-facing roles within tech
• Experience with API integrations, particularly with menu management systems or loyalty programs is a bonus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain operational clarity
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira
