Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner to manage enterprise client relationships post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take over new client relationships from the sales team and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their organizational challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery of programs and identify expansion opportunities within accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 8-14 years of experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, or consulting
  • Direct experience managing enterprise client relationships as the primary contact
  • Proven track record of account expansion through quality delivery and relationship depth
  • Experience structuring proposals and commercial terms for customized engagements
  • Comfortable operating at the C-suite and senior VP level, with experience engaging with high-level executives
