Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner to manage enterprise client relationships post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client relationships and build trust-based connections with senior stakeholders
  • Translate organizational challenges into well-scoped engagements and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and ensure alignment of solutions with client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 8-14 years of experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, consulting, or a related field
  • Direct experience managing enterprise client relationships as the primary contact
  • Proven track record of account expansion through delivery quality and relationship depth
  • Experience in structuring proposals and commercial terms for customized engagements
  • Comfort operating at the C-suite and senior VP level with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
