Job Summary

Managing multiple related projects concurrently, the full-time Client Partner will drive project success, oversee financial performance, and facilitate customer engagements in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects for a single customer, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
• Assess project issues and risks, developing mitigation plans while aligning program scope with strategic business objectives
• Lead and mentor team members, project managers, and consultants to achieve program goals and grow business for the customer

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics related to project management
• Experience in leading teams and managing resources across multiple projects
• Ability to work virtually and facilitate meetings effectively across different time zones
• Familiarity with AI applications in program management is preferred
