Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs, the full-time Client Partner will oversee strategic initiatives, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and mentor a team of Project Managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR Digital Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and innovative technology vision
- Serve as Executive Sponsor for high-impact projects, providing strategic guidance and delivering presentations to senior executives
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and agile project delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or consulting, with at least 7 years leading HR Digital Transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in hybrid or remote environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with expertise in engaging C-suite executives
- Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies and advanced proficiency with relevant tools and HR tech trends
