Job Summary

To support a growing digital consulting practice, the remote Client Partner will lead HR Digital Transformation programs, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and mentor a team of Project Managers while ensuring alignment with client business goals and innovative HR technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client business goals
• Serve as the Executive Sponsor for high-impact projects, providing strategic guidance and presentations to C-suite stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or client-facing roles, with at least 7 years leading HR Digital Transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in hybrid or remote environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with expertise in engaging C-suite executives
• Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies and advanced proficiency with relevant tools
