Client Partner - Consumer

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and business development, the full-time Client Partner - Consumer will oversee a portfolio valued at $30-50M, ensuring client delivery assurance and account planning while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and manage the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments and oversee multiple projects
• Conduct market research, lead client presentations, and develop comprehensive account plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 11+ years in sales/relationship management/account management
• Significant business development and project management experience in the relevant industry
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-level client contacts
• Experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a background in IT and business consulting engagements
