Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner Director - Insurance Software & Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate executive relationships and develop comprehensive account plans for key insurance accounts
• Own revenue growth and client retention strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Oversee full sales cycle management, including demand generation, proposal development, and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of enterprise sales and account management experience, preferably in insurance technology
• Exceptional ability to develop C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Strong industry knowledge of property & casualty or life & annuity insurance markets
• Technical fluency with SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital enablement technologies
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
