Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner - Commercial & Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships post-implementation with regular executive-level engagement
• Drive retention and renewals through proactive communication and performance tracking
• Lead service review meetings and monitor client health metrics to identify risk trends

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in client management or customer success roles
• Strong business acumen with understanding of operational performance and financial metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft D365 or similar CRM/account management tools
• Industry knowledge of commercial cleaning or facility management is essential
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
