Client Partner - Higher Education

Job Summary

Client Partner - Higher Education is a full-time exempt position focused on driving new business development and managing client relationships within higher education accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target higher education institutions for new business development
• Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of Enterprise or Higher Education sales experience, including account management
• 3+ years of experience in higher education in a leadership, enrollment, or administrative role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
