Job Summary

Driving new business development and managing existing relationships, the full-time Client Partner - Higher Education will identify prospective clients, oversee the sales cycle, and close deals remotely while focusing on expanding FranklinCovey's presence in the higher education market.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and target higher education institutions through proactive lead generation strategies
  • Expand existing accounts by pursuing upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Enterprise or Higher Education sales experience, including account management
  • 3+ years of experience in higher education in a leadership, enrollment, or administrative role
