Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in current and future business models, the full-time Client Partner, Online Education will serve as the primary sales contact for executive suites, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize account performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to deliver customer value and drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a consulting partner to the client C-suite
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Team to evaluate enterprise opportunities and co-create business solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including five years in a service-oriented consulting or strategic account management role in Higher Education
- Demonstrated understanding of the higher education/career school market with experience selling complex solutions
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and project management tools, with strong analytical capabilities
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; an MBA is desirable
