Job Summary

Managing project delivery and client onboarding, the full-time Client Partner Program Manager will oversee task management processes, partner on process development, and handle administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee task management and productivity tools to drive accountability for project delivery across channels
  • Collaborate with Client delivery teams to develop processes, owning roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding
  • Manage administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and coordination with third-party vendors
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across various disciplines
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing scopes, deadlines, and priorities
