Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-office days, the full-time Consultant, Client Partnerships will manage the onboarding process for nonprofit clients, ensuring a quality experience and facilitating project setup while collaborating with internal teams and executives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager and strategic partner to nonprofit clients during the initial phases of project activity
- Lead the design and execution of planning calls, meetings, and project coordination materials
- Develop foundational materials and manage work plans and deadlines across multiple client projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a professional role, preferably in client services or fundraising
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with senior-level executives
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and adapt to changing project needs
