Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to client service instructions and monitor client reserves
  • Conduct client-specific operational audits and monitor compliance
  • Resolve client issues by collaborating with Quality and Operations staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Eight years of related experience, including five years in claims management and two years in auditing
  • One year of continuous service with the company is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
