Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to client service instructions and monitor client reserves
- Conduct client-specific operational audits and monitor compliance
- Resolve client issues by collaborating with Quality and Operations staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Eight years of related experience, including five years in claims management and two years in auditing
- One year of continuous service with the company is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
- PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
