Client Placement Senior Assistant

Job Summary

To support seamless carrier integrations, the full-time remote Client Placement Senior Assistant will manage the lifecycle of carrier connections, facilitate onboarding processes, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of carrier connections, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Facilitate the onboarding process for carriers and ensure integration functionality within the Employee Navigator platform
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting carrier connection issues, collaborating with internal teams and carriers to resolve problems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in carrier integrations or benefits administration systems
• Experience with Employee Navigator and benefit technology
• Strong understanding of benefits administration systems and integration of insurance carriers with SaaS platforms
• Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and data formats such as EDI, JSON, and XML
