Client Placement Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Client Placement Senior Associate will manage Open Enrollment setups, partner with internal teams for accurate enrollment processing, and respond to technical inquiries related to ADP Workforce Now.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement Open Enrollment setups for assigned clients in ADP Workforce Now, including building and updating plans
• Collaborate with the MPS Carrier Connections team to ensure timely communication of structure changes during Open Enrollment
• Generate reports for new business and assist with ACA module implementations and maintenance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS, benefit technology, or equivalent work experience
• Solid working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ACA configuration technology
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business environments
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Excel
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills
