Client Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage device management systems, configurations, and maintain a Configuration Management Database for end user assets
• Maintain the software catalog and licenses for third-party applications, ensuring effective documentation and management
• Oversee the end user experience for devices, manage incident and request fulfillment, and ensure documentation is current and relevant

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client platform management within an enterprise setting of 1000 users or more
• Expert level knowledge with device management platforms such as Jamf and Intune
• Experience with building configurations to support device hardening using CIS benchmarks
• Jamf 300 or higher certification required; Jamf 170 or 370 security certification is a plus
• Highly analytical with a knack for troubleshooting and problem analysis
