Job Summary
To support a specialized research team focused on executive pay, the full-time remote Client Policy Analyst will review SEC filings and proxy statements, ensure accuracy in client voting policies, and utilize analytical tools for quantitative and qualitative assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Review SEC filings and proxy statements related to executive compensation to maintain data integrity
- Prepare client summaries explaining the impact of voting policies on specific proposals
- Support data projects and communicate compensation policies and analytical outcomes to the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive compensation research
- Familiarity with U.S. executive compensation issues and governance norms
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices and corporate disclosures
- Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to stakeholders
