Client Principal, Professional Services

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Client Principal will provide executive oversight and strategic engagement with client stakeholders, managing project governance and driving delivery excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic design workshops to translate client needs into executable Statements of Work and formal contracts
• Create and oversee comprehensive project documentation, including budget reports and project status updates
• Own final sign-off for architecture artifacts and ensure seamless execution from design plans by solution engineers

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or professional services with a successful track record in digital projects
• A minimum of 5 years of direct implementation experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms and agile methodologies
• Strong financial acumen to manage resource P&Ls and write business cases demonstrating ROI
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for effective collaboration with complex stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services and document processing solutions
