Job Summary

Client Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing special programs, and ensuring service delivery excellence while promoting operational improvements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with client stakeholders regarding relocation policies and benefits
• Lead execution of service delivery across multiple client programs and manage the Client Services Associate role
• Monitor financial strategies and ensure compliance with regulations while driving customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in relocation, corporate housing, or a related customer service-driven industry
• Experience managing multiple programs or projects and building strong client relationships
• Exposure to supplier contract review, cost management, and profitability oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies
