Job Summary

To support the success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, the full-time Client Program Manager will manage client engagement, oversee program launches, and utilize data analysis to enhance program performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Support client engagement and program success by developing and executing plans for smooth program launches
  • Coordinate programs and provide client support by translating client goals into actionable steps
  • Analyze program performance and build reporting dashboards to provide insights for clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-7 years of experience in a client-facing, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for clients and teams
  • Proven ability to drive results through direct execution and by influencing cross-functional partners
