Job Summary

Supporting managed-service programs for gas distribution utilities, the full-time Client Program Specialist will coordinate schedules and deliverables, monitor program performance, and serve as the primary operational contact for service providers, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for service providers, coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with operating standards
  • Track program status, flag issues, and escalate to the Client Program Manager with recommended next steps
  • Run and maintain reports and dashboards, performing QA/QC on operational data for accuracy before customer delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, operations, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or operations
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in handling large, complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience engaging directly with external service providers and customers
