Job Summary
Supporting clients through effective communication and operational execution, the full-time Client Programs Specialist will manage client interactions via Salesforce, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, manage client tickets, and document issues appropriately
- Follow established operational procedures and maintain documentation using standardized templates
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to team members as needed
Required Qualifications
