Job Summary

Supporting enterprise account management, the full-time Client Project Coordinator will manage meeting preparations, internal follow-ups, and documentation while working remotely across various project management and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Build pre-meeting briefing documents and maintain shared client project trackers for enterprise client interactions
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups on client requests, manage Jira tickets, and ensure timely delivery of commitments to clients
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, generate reports, and document coordination workflows for process improvement
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in client associate, customer success coordinator, or project support roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and Jira
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
  • Proactive communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on timely information sharing
  • Interest in AI and process automation with a curiosity for improving operational workflows
