Job Summary
Client Registration Assistant, a full-time entry-level position working remotely, responsible for registering patients, obtaining key demographics, and directing calls to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, registering them and obtaining necessary demographic information
- Direct calls to appropriate healthcare providers and assist with appointment bookings
- Monitor patient biometric alerts and conduct follow-up customer service surveys
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; medical office administration certification is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive medical situations and maintain a calm demeanor
- Experience with computers and software programs is necessary
- Must provide a clear criminal background check
