Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and verify patient information and insurance details in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
  • Assist in training new personnel and respond to inquiries regarding insurance verification


Required Qualifications
  • Medical administrative experience with strong insurance payor verification skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
