Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify patient information and insurance details in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
- Assist in training new personnel and respond to inquiries regarding insurance verification
Required Qualifications
- Medical administrative experience with strong insurance payor verification skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
