Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
  • Responsible for the entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in software programs
  • Processes insurance verifications and ensures accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must reside in an approved remote worker state
  • Medical administrative experience with strong insurance payor verification skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience and one year in a relevant professional setting
  • Experience in reimbursement or insurance verification is preferred
