Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, physicians, patients, and caregivers
  • Responsible for the initial entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information
  • Processes insurance verifications and ensures timely registration of patients for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in one of the approved remote worker states
  • Medical administrative experience with strong insurance payor verification skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience and one year in a relevant professional setting
  • Experience in reimbursement and insurance verification is preferred
