Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
- Ensure accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information across software programs
- Process insurance verifications and assist with patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
- Strong experience in insurance payor verification is required
- Candidates must reside in an approved remote worker state
