Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
  • Ensure accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information across software programs
  • Process insurance verifications and assist with patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
  • Strong experience in insurance payor verification is required
  • Candidates must reside in an approved remote worker state
