Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator I to manage patient registration and insurance verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers, ensuring high-quality service
- Handle the entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in relevant software systems
- Process insurance verifications and ensure accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- One year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
- Strong insurance payor verification skills are required
