Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Reimbursement Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train Advocates to ensure successful outcomes on pre and post service negotiations
  • Respond to inquiries from management, providers, and members to ensure a smooth experience
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching, while managing escalated inquiries


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments preferred
