Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Reimbursement Advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Train Advocates to ensure successful outcomes on pre and post service negotiations
- Respond to inquiries from management, providers, and members to ensure a smooth experience
- Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching, while managing escalated inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments preferred
