Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Advocate to manage, negotiate, and resolve disputes on medical claims and services, ensuring fair agreements and access to care for members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate claims and negotiate single case agreements with providers
  • Monitor and maintain negotiation queue and inventory
  • Resolve access to care issues and assist members in finding alternative provider options

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience
  • Experience with negotiations preferred
  • Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products desired
