Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Advocate to manage, negotiate, and resolve disputes on medical claims and services, ensuring fair agreements and access to care for members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate claims and negotiate single case agreements with providers
- Monitor and maintain negotiation queue and inventory
- Resolve access to care issues and assist members in finding alternative provider options
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience
- Experience with negotiations preferred
- Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products desired
