Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve access to care issues for members and clients while providing updates to stakeholders
  • Contact providers to explain pricing metrics and negotiate pre-payments and agreements
  • Track and document communications related to claims and maintain open communication with all parties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service
  • Experience in negotiations; billing, insurance, or legal experience is a plus
