- Resolve access to care issues for members and clients while providing updates to stakeholders
- Contact providers to explain pricing metrics and negotiate pre-payments and agreements
- Track and document communications related to claims and maintain open communication with all parties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service
- Experience in negotiations; billing, insurance, or legal experience is a plus
