Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, triaging inquiries to appropriate parties
- Create and distribute cases to the Client Reimbursement Advocacy team
- Prepare reports on aging cases, closures, and team member statistics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in healthcare and/or insurance companies
- Provider relations experience
