Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, triaging inquiries to appropriate parties
  • Create and distribute cases to the Client Reimbursement Advocacy team
  • Prepare reports on aging cases, closures, and team member statistics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in healthcare and/or insurance companies
  • Provider relations experience
