Client Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Client Reimbursement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to and resolves client inquiries impacting proper invoicing and payment resolution
• Researches billing systems and processes, and analyzes Client AR for trends and resolutions
• Collaborates with multiple departments to train and educate clients and sales teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required
• 1+ year related experience in billing, insurance, and third-party receivables or healthcare industry
• Laboratory billing experience desired
• Knowledgeable about billing practices, including CPT coding and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access
