Client Reimbursement Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Client Reimbursement Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves client inquiries impacting proper invoicing and payment resolution
- Researches billing systems and processes, and analyzes Client AR for trends and resolutions
- Collaborates with multiple departments to train and educate clients and sales teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ year related experience in billing, insurance, and third-party receivables or healthcare industry
- Laboratory billing experience desired
- Knowledgeable about billing practices, including CPT coding and reimbursement processes
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access
