Client Relations Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Account Executive I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a pipeline of client requests and develop an understanding of each client's business rules and goals
• Research, resolve, and report client problems and inquiries while ensuring prompt responses
• Document inquiries, identify process gaps, and present escalated issues to management with suggestions for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of LPS/MSP Systems preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
