Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Relations Account Executive III will oversee all aspects of client and agency satisfaction, serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, and provide monthly business reviews in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact and maintain relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Conduct proactive conference calls and meetings with clients/agencies to address concerns and follow up on resolutions
  • Train new staff members on client and agency processes and maintain knowledge of industry policies and tools
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including agency and insurer experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
