Job Summary
Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Relations Account Executive III will oversee all aspects of client and agency satisfaction, serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, and provide monthly business reviews in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact and maintain relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Conduct proactive conference calls and meetings with clients/agencies to address concerns and follow up on resolutions
- Train new staff members on client and agency processes and maintain knowledge of industry policies and tools
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including agency and insurer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
