Client Relations Account Executive
Job Summary
To enhance client relationships, the full-time Client Relations Account Executive III will manage and maintain all aspects of interactions with clients, investors, and insurers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with clients and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Conduct monthly business reviews and provide proactive communication through conference calls and meetings
- Train new staff members and maintain knowledge of industry standards and practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
- Strong knowledge of GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA guides
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to client and agency locations as needed
