Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Director to manage employer-sponsored accounts and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow employer-sponsored accounts while overseeing EdAssist Solutions Programs
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients to maximize retention and loyalty
  • Analyze program utilization data and provide strategic direction to clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5 years of direct account or client relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to upsell services to clients
  • Must not require sponsorship for employment authorization/visa
